China must multilateralise BRI, for Global South’s sake
Why China needs to multilateralise the Belt and Road Initiative and how such an approach could help avoid the mistakes and reputational damage it incurred such as in Sri Lanka’s case.

Rathindra Kuruwita is a journalist and researcher from Colombo, Sri Lanka. He holds an MSc in Strategic Studies from the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He was also a fellow at the Daniel K.
